St. Rose of Lima, pray for us!
The nurse called this morning with a c-section date for me, August 30, 2010! We'll get to meet our little daughter on the Feast of St. Rose of Lima (if not beforehand). So nice to have a firm end date for this pregnancy.

Oh St Rose is my confirmation saint! It'll be easy to remember to pray for you on that day. I did find that one great advantage of knowing my c-section date in advance was spending time getting to know the patron saints of the day of my son's birth in advance. I now have a great devotion to St Augustine Zhao Rong and the other Chinese martyrs, who I'd never heard of before that.
