A Special Prayer Request

Sarah, a reader of this blog from the United Kingdom, is scheduled to have an emergency c-section on Christmas Day. Because her baby is only at 35 weeks gestation, Mama is understandably nervous about her baby facing a long stint in the NICU.

Can you all show her some love?

Please leave some prayers and encouraging words in my comments section for Sarah to read. Thank you!

  8. Hi Sarah! I was a preemie myself - not sure of the exact gestational age, but I was just over 3 lbs. And I turned out great! Ha ha ha. ;) I will say a prayer for you and your little one!

  10. Sarah - My thoughts and prayers are with you and your little ones. Stay strong! My 3 months in the NICU are but a memory now that my little one has come home. I have MANY friends who have delivered early. You may have only a couple of days in the NICU and then get to come home! And know that your little one shares its birthday with Christ and with me:)

  11. Sarah, my son was born at 34 weeks. We spent 11 days in an Intermediate Nursery (a level below NICU). He was very healthy and strong and I attribute it to the prayers of many people and the grace of a loving and merciful God. I will pray for the same miracle for you and your family. God is so amazing, he has already performed a miracle in giving you a life growing inside of you! He will see you through. God bless you and your sweet baby, many prayers.
